Who is Eligible

$10K GRANT ELIGIBILITY

Great news! You don't need to be a first-time home buyer to qualify. Home buyers who qualify for FHA financing and looking to purchase a new primary residence may be eligible for this grant.

MAX LOAN AMOUNT

Good news for those with generous family: gift funds are welcome in this program! Just keep in mind, they can make up no more than 10% of your home's purchase price.  Plus, you have ample room to explore a range of homes, thanks to a generous loan limits up to the County maximum per HUD. We've crafted this Grant program to offer you the flexibility you deserve in your homeownership journey.

PROPERTY ELIGIBILITY

Your dream home should be located in one of the following Northern and Southern California counties: Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, or San Diego as well as the following Northern California counties: Contra Costa, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara. The property must be in a census tract with either 50%+ minority residents and/or low-moderate income according to the latest U.S Census Bureau data.
Our $10K closing cost grant isn't your typical home buyer's assistance program. With straight-forward guidelines, we help buyers (and their Realtors) know up front whether they're eligible, providing peace of mind in the home search process.
